It was lovely having a week off from the play and I invited some girlfriends round for lunch to catch up on all the local gossip!! I made a goat's cheese,tomato and asparagus tart followed by strawberry cupcakes - I think they look quite impressive!!! Inside I placed a blob of jam and some chopped strawberries and the fresh cream was whipped up with a little sugar and a dessertspoonful of strawberry whisky. They were delicious - even if I say so myself!!!
